リフレクソロジーとは
足裏や手の平にある全身の各臓器と器官とつながる反射区と呼ばれる部分を独特の施術方法で刺激していくものです。
日本ではまだ、リラクセーションのひとつと考えられていますが、欧米諸国では医療の補助的な役割を担っております。

フットバスで心地よく温まったあとパウダーを使用し足裏から
膝周りまでを丹念に刺激していきます。
